Responsibilities:
  • Development of next generation battery with newly established, semi-automatic pilot production line

  • Communicate with technical team in China and Singapore, and responsible for the related equipment

Requirements:
  • Diploma

  • Willing to learn

  • Willing to work in lab.

  • Able to speak/read in mandarin (writing is a plus)

  • Able to use basic office software (word, excel, etc.,)

  • Chemistry/material/mechanical background will be preferred

  • Lab working experience is a plus.

  • Familiar with lithium ion battery manufacturing process is a huge plus

  • Working experience in manufacturing/chemistry/lab environment is a plus

Responsibilities:
  • Engagement with various clients and organizations to provide engineering support on running projects

  • Provide technical assistance in maintaining fleets of hybrid and electric vehicles as well as energy storage projects around the region

  • Able to work in team and independently

Requirements:
  • Degree Holder

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Must be able to work independently

  • Possess sound engineering background

  • Familiarity and prior experience in the transportation and/or telco and power grid sectors would be an advantage

  • Must be willing to travel

Responsibilities:
  • Able to lead technical engagement with regional clients and organizations on energy storage projects during pre- and after-sales phases including developing technical documentations
  • Able to perform system sizing of ESS with renewable energy solutions such as solar and system integration for different energy storage applications according to client’s requirement
  • Work closely with company’s engineering team on the execution of project deliverables
  • Provide support to the management team on execution of key strategic initiatives
  • Provide support to company’s engineering team on design and development of battery pack solutions as part of energy storage and specialty applications
  • Work with R&D team to review and enhance existing engineering, production, testing, maintenance and quality processes and standards
  • Enhance technical performance and cost-down efforts of existing products, and work with R&D team to lead continuous efforts to develop new market-leading products
  • Provide support R&D team to co-develop and co-lead company’s patent filing activities
  • Provide support to company’s product and quality certification activities

  • Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects

  • Engagement with various clients and organizations on project requirement, progress and delivery

  • Develop a detailed project management plan for execution and progress tracking

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

  • Manage project P&L to make sure the bottom line is met

  • Regular reporting to management on project progress and status and flag out issues which require management attention from time to time

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentations

  • Resourceful in solving problems

  • Overseas traveling or posting at China is required

Responsibilities:
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities

  • Engagement with various clients and organizations on electric mobility as well as energy storage projects

  • Able to draft and present business proposals to company management and prospective clients.

  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

  • Supports the management team on execution of key strategic initiatives.

 Requirement:
  • Min Diploma / Degree Holder

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Must be able to work independently

  • Possess drive, strong business acumen and ability to develop channel sales

  • Engineering background preferred

  • Must be willing to travel
